Abstract text PHBV with different brand and shape were tested and screened for the optimum carbon source and biofilm carriers firstly for nitrate removal from secondary effluent . Then, the denitrification potential of optimum carbon source were tested. Finally, the effect of setting activated carbon fiber on the top and at the bottom of the PHBV fill in the reactor during denitrification process was explored.
