Abstract text The Day Zero campaign in the City of Cape Town generated international attention about the City’s water supply crisis to an unprecedented drought. The new Cape Town Water strategy has identified water reuse as a key mechanism to achieve its objective to make Cape Town a water resilient City. The implementation of these schemes has several challenges from the context of a developing nation.
