Abstracts are limited to 1.300 characters including blanks, accord 0.5 pages in total.

Deadline for paper submission is 31 August 2015. 

Poster presentation capacity is limited to 40 posters in total. In case there will be more submissions than poster capacity, FNR will make a selection.

The author retains the copyright and proprietary right in the submitted electronic files.

With the paper submission the author grant the rigth to the organiser to publish the abstract in the Book of Abstracts of the named conference.

The given order will be also used for the printed programme or publications. Please type in name and affiliation of all authors. It's important to write the author's names in the same order as in the abstract. 

Please note, that the submission of papers ist not automatically the registration for the conference. You have to register separately. Posters only will be shown and abstracts published when a regularly registration was made by the presenting author.

Each poster will be in the size of 0.85 m width and 1.2 m height (DIN A 0) vertically orientated.
